Processing and production

Some APEX FORM ATHLETICS products are made to order. This means production begins after your order is placed. Processing times may vary depending on the product, order volume, destination, and fulfillment location.

Once your order has been produced and handed to the carrier, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information when available.

Delivery

Delivery times vary based on destination, carrier, fulfillment location, and shipping conditions. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout or provided after shipment is an estimate and is not guaranteed.

Carrier delays, customs delays, severe weather, peak periods, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

International orders

We ship internationally. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination.

International orders may require additional transit time and may be subject to customs processing, duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. Any such charges are set by the destination country, are not included in the price paid at checkout, and are the recipient's responsibility.

Shipping address

You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please check it carefully before placing your order.

If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, please contact us at community.apexathletics@gmail.com so we can arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when available. If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, email community.apexathletics@gmail.com and we will follow it up with the carrier.
