Agreement

These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from Apex Form Athletics. By placing an order you accept them.

Products

We try to display our products and their colors as accurately as possible. Screens vary, and the hoodie you receive may differ slightly in shade from your monitor. Garment measurements are taken flat and minor variation between production batches is normal.

Pricing and availability

Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product has been listed at an incorrect price, and to limit quantities.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch. If we cancel an accepted order we will refund you in full.

Payment

Payment is processed by Shopify's checkout. We do not see or store your full card details.

Returns

Our returns policy forms part of these terms. All sales are final except where an item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered.

Intellectual property

The Apex Form Athletics name, logo, wordmark, designs, photography and site content are our property and may not be reproduced without permission.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site unlawfully, attempt to breach its security, or scrape it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time of your order applies to that order.
